We collect the minimum needed to reply to an enquiry, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect
When you use the estimate form we store your name, email address, the city or town you gave, the project type you selected, and your message. Nothing else is captured.
Why we hold it
Solely to get back to you with an estimate and, if the job goes ahead, to keep a record of how the conversation started. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share these details with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after twenty-four months. Where we have built something for you, the record is kept for the life of the five-year craftsmanship warranty and the manufacturer warranty that sits behind it.
Asking us to delete it
Email eastmanhardscapes@yahoo.com and we will remove your details and confirm within five working days. You do not need to give a reason.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we run are aggregate and cannot identify an individual visitor.
